The IT Dealers mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by IT Dealers (“IT Dealers”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to IT Dealers SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of IT Dealers through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. The service will include promotional messages such as promotions, specials, coupons, and other marketing offers; it will also include transactional messages such as order updates and account alerts.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with IT Dealers. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +312 235 1029 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other IT Dealers mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart, and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of

Program Description

IT Dealers is an independently owned and operated entity, and its service providers may sue an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver IT Dealers text messages to you. IT Dealers text messages sent to you are provide information about upcoming products and services, promotions, product launches, sponsored events, and contests. 

Message Frequency 

The number of IT Dealers text messages that you receive will vary depending on how many of IT Dealers text messaging programs you sign up for to receive messages. You will receive a maximum of five (5) marketing related messages per month. The freuqency of non-marketing messages will vary as such messages will be direclty realted to the scehdule or recently completed call. 

Cost

Messages and data rates may apply to each text messsage sent or received in connection with IT Dealers text messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (contanct your mobile telephone carrrier for more infomraiton about pricing plans) in addition to any applicable roaming chages. IT Dealers does not impose a separate fee for sending IT Dealers text messages. 

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may change from time to time, but may include service providers like Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and many others. 

How to Opt in?

To op in to receive messages from IT Dealers text messaging program, please contact us at (312) 235 1029, select the appropriate option when scheduling services at www.it-dealers.com or follow other such instruction provided by IT Dealers. 

How to Opt-out?

To stop receiving text messages from a specific IT Dealers text messaging program, text STOP to the ten digit number of the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e. the digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program. 

Your Mobile Phone Number 

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone numbers that you provide. You are responsible for notifying IT Dealers immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You agree to indemnify IT Dealers in full full for all claims expneses and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify IT Dealers if you change your mobile phone number including but not limited to all claims, expenses and damages related to or arising under teh Telephone Consumer Protection ACT. 

Access or Delivery to mobile network is not guaranteed

Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobiel network services are outside of IT Dealers control and IT Dealers is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

To request more information, text HELP to the ten digit short code for the text messaging program for which you have questions (i.e. the ten digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You may also receive help by contacting us at (312) 235 1029.

Eligibility

To receive IT Dealers text messages, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. IT Dealers reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age. 

Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SMS service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions. Your receipt of IT Dealers text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. IT Dealers reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of IT Dealers text messages with or without notice.
